Our library just got The River Cottage Family Cookbook, it looks like a great book.
ReplyDeleteMy Dad cut a little cartoon out of his local paper to give to me. There was a photo of a smiling cow and the caption said "Ain't no mad cow here!". It was actually an ad for veggie burgers at the local store but looks like it could apply to those cows too. ;-)
I love the River Cottage tv series... unfortunately it hasn't been on for quite a long time.
